Ingredients
- 1 cup Hathi Brand 100% Whole Wheat Chakki Atta
 - 2 tbsp gram flour (besan)
 - 1 tsp turmeric powder
 - 1 tsp red chili powder
 - 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
 - 1 tsp ajwain (carom seeds)
 - 1 tbsp sesame seeds
 - 2 tbsp oil
 - Salt to taste
 - Water for kneading.
 
Method
- Prepare the dough: Mix atta, gram flour, turmeric, chili powder, cumin powder, ajwain, sesame seeds, salt, and oil in a bowl. Gradually add water to form a firm dough. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
