Ingredients
- 1 cup Hathi Brand 100% Whole Wheat Chakki Atta
- 4 cups full-fat milk
- 1 cup grated or powdered jaggery
- 1/4 cup mixed nuts (cashews, almonds, pistachios), chopped
- 4-5 green cardamom pods, lightly crushed
- 1 tablespoon ghee
Method
- Heat ghee in a kadai on medium flame.
- Add mixed nuts and sauté until golden brown. Set aside for garnish.
